YVONNE OLENICK After a long illness, on November 27, 2000, Yvonne passed away at Riverview Hospital. She is survived by four brothers Ron, Ken, David and Chuck; two sisters, Melody and Deron and special friends Lorelie, Doreen and Nicky. Yvonne was born and educated in Winnipeg, finishing up with a Bachelor of Social Work. At the onset of her illness, she was finding fulfillment working with abused children. Yvonne was an animal lover and will be missed as well by her two cats, JoJo and Parker. Memorial service will be held on Tuesday, December 5, at Wereschuk Funeral Chapel at 7:00 p.m., located at 447 Selkirk Ave. Special thanks to the staff of Riverview, 3 East, the Quest Inn and all of the V.O.N. Nurses, particularly Shirley. Donations can be made to the Cancer Society. "There will come a time when you believe everything is finished. That will be the beginning."
